In a few random resort threads I’ve see lists of activity schedules for New Years Eve. Is there one place I can find these? Specifically looking for SSR and POFQ. TIA

Here's a link to all the Resort Activities Schedule for December. However, most resorts don't normally include the New Year's Eve stuff in them. They will post them at the resort starting about a week out.
