The seller seemed sincere in her apology and asked if there was anything else that she had in her store that she should remove. I am glad she was so nice about it. I have asked someone about someone else's design before and they weren't so nice about it. Thanks Tamis for pointing it out to me.

Just wanted to post a link to an ebay seller and ask that no one here support them by buying this magnet. This is one of my original creations, not Disney made and I do not appreciate this. I wouldn't object if you feel like sending a little note with your dissaproval too.

Wow, that is a bunch of crap. I bet everyone of those were taking from somebody else too! This post should be allowed to stay in my opinion. You have every right to be mad and let everybody know about it.

That's horrible! Have you contacted them? I would contact them and tell them that your designs are copyrighted! I had a similar issue with my petsitting business where a petsitter stole my word-for-word page on my policies and prices and I actually contact them telling them to stop using my copyrighted material and added a copyright symbol/info on my website!

Good news. That was quick. I sent them a note about it and they said they didn't realize they were not allowed to use it. They said they would take it down immediately.

That's awful! I hate things like that. I hope that this thread can stay up because its a great reminder to be on the look out for things like this!
Someone stole one of my photography ads once word for word (literally cut the text portion of my ad out and pasted it into his own) and posted it in the SAME PLACE i had one of mine posted and when i contacted the person they -who was 16 years old (i checked out his facebook photography page) - claimed his "editor" made up the ad and he had no part in it? Truth or not - i'm leaning towards NOT it's your name, your business you BETTER have a part in it. I don't understand people sometimes.
