RESOLVED! - Trouble with Garden Grocer's website

Wasn't sure where to post this.

I log in, then try to load my cart or add to "Favorites" list. Site logs me out and has since dumped all of my "Favorites". The only suggestion "Live Help" was able to come up with was "enable cookies" (they are enabled).

Googled "problems Garden Grocer" and had a few old hits, but nothing recent.

Anyone else having troubles with GG website?

I had MS recommend Goodings for our last trip. Used their web site to order and added items they didn't have listed in the comments section. All were delivered as requested. All in all, it worked well and I would use them again.

I'm guessing that Goodings has cleaned up their act. We shopped there a few years ago at WDW and their prices were high, their service non existent, the store was dirty and they had broken refer units that were not keeping the food cool enough.

I used it in May and had no troubles. Everything ran smoothly from order to delivery.

I tried the site and put in a "fake" order, no problems. My favorites are still there from our trip in June. Their phone number is 866-855-4350. Good luck. We always like their service, never any problems.

Thanks. I've tried cleaning out cookies & cache. Convinced it's a problem with IE

I created a list a few days ago and have been adding to it almost every day without any problems. Hope you have gotten your problem solved. We have used GG on several occasions and have always been very satisfied.

Thanks, Checkers! It was an IE problem. It was the way IE was handling cookies. I think I have it resolved! (Yay)

We've used GG in the past, too - no problems. I about fainted when my favorites got cleared out. I quickly wrote down everything I could remember. Now I'm adding them back. I should be in good shape...
