Residence Inn Maingate--walk or ART??

We are staying at the RI on Clementine in March and was wondering if it is walkable or not. We have 4 kids-older and my husband has problems walking if too far. Maybe walk in the morning but ART it in the evening? Also, where is the best spot for ART pick up? I've heard about going to Red Roof instead of waiting. Help!

We were there in August. The walk is about 10-20 minutes based upon your pace. A very nice walk. We wound up taking ART most of the times. It makes the rounds every 20 minutes. We always made it to the park before we could walk there. Our kids(19,17,15,13) liked to walk at an accelerated pace so we left them with a choice in the AM, always ART at night.
