Okay, I think I have swithced hotels 3 times this week. I want to makw our 1st trip to WDW the best. We are a group of 9. Has anyone stayed at this hotel? There are 1 mile from Down Town Disney. We got a 2 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds in each room and a sofa queen bed with 2 baths and a full kitchen for $1,204.00. This also includes a hot breakfest buffet every morning. Can anyone give me any information on this hotel?

The RI LBV is an excellent choice in the LBV area.

The rooms are spacious , location is quiet, and the breakfast is very good.

However, I am wondering where you intend to put the 9th person?

The RI is probably 2 miles from the dt disney entrance crossroads area.

How many nites is your rate for? That seems kind of high.

The 9th person will be on the sofa bed. There will be 4 people per room since there are 2 queen beds in each room. We are staying 6 nights in June. $180.00 per night.

How is the pool area?
How is the breakfest buffet..

ok, I was thinking you had the smaller two br unit, but you have reserved the larger one.

Regarding the pool, we didn't go in it. All I rmember is that the pool is tucked between the main bldgs and is viewed from the breakfast room area. You can eat your breakfast out by the pool if you like.

Very good breakfast selection of hot and cold items. Eggs, waffles, sausage, grits, cold cereal, juice milk, fresh fruit, pastries.

Enjoy your vacation. We thought the RI was a very good value and enjoyed our stay there. We stayed there two summers ago when it first opened.

My parents and sister just stayed there last month. They loved it. They said the breakfast in the morning was very good - big selection. They did use the pool but I don't remember what they had to say about it.

I'm staying there for a couple of nights in October because of their glowing review

...how many bathrooms are in the 2 BR suite?? Here's our deal: I have ressies on stand-by (only till 5/20) for ASMo for $3,090 for 3 rooms for 4 adults/3 children. This price also includes UPH passes. Now, my DS-in-L doesn't want to do a DISNEY vaca, but rather, a Florida (US/IOA) vaca. So, they looked into those Westgate condos. There are such MIXED reviews about them, I don't think I wanna take a chance with them. Now what?? I'm trying to locate something that all of us will enjoy. BTW ~ now my DS-in-L's friend (who's accompanying us) has invited her brother and his girlfriend, so that makes 6 adults now.....okay, I'll get off my soapbox now ...any help out there??!?!?!

Kimmar067, there are 2 bathrooms. There is also free hot morning breakfest. The 2 bedroom suites sleeps 9. I got a rate of $169.00 a night. Any more questions, please let me know

We just stayed there last week and loved it. It was our second time there and it has become one of our favorite's off Disney grounds. We had the two bedroom for $125/night from http://www.orlandodiscountrooms.com .

I think that you will be pleased with the Hotel.

I stayed there a few years ago. It was great. I got the 2 bed/2 bath unit (only had 1 bed in second bedroom) for $99 nt/ couldn't beat it! The full kitchen really came in handy. Kids loved the pool and we were close to Bball courts for my son to play. We also took advantage of the use of Marriott World center and walked over to their pool...which is really nice. I would stay there again, but can't seem to get a good deal this year.

Just found out SIL's family may be accompaning us on our August vacation...unless I can find them offsite property for 6/30- 7/11.
