Reserving Magical Express

I am trying to book Magical Express for an upcoming DVC stay.
When I select "Add Disney's Magical Express" while viewing my reservation, I get the Pre-Arrival Checklist page, which doesn't appear to say anything about Magical Express.
When I select "Reserve Disney's Magical Express" from the Plan Vacation dropdown menu at the top of the page, I get a large blank area above the DVC boilerplate info at the bottom of the screen.
When I call Magical Express, I get a message that if I want to book ME for an upcoming trip, I should contact my booking agent.
When I call DVC Member Services, after entering my member information, I get an expected wait time of 25 minutes.

Is there any way to do this online, or do I need to wait that 25 minutes to talk to DVC Member Services?
 
I had trouble. So I sent an email to MS with all the details for my DDs October trip.

I got confirmation email about 2 days later. Much easier than calling.
 
You can also reserve using the Chat Function.

They will need for you to provide; your Reservation #, Arrival Flight # and carrier, Departure Flight # and carrier, and the names of the persons needing a transfer. Fairly painless and you can print a copy of the transcript for your record.

They couldn’t get it to work for me when I tried Chat. Told me to call. Maybe it was just my account.
 
I reserved with the online form and got an email confirmation a couple days later.

Chat was not working today either. Maybe the site was just being more wonky than usual.

I ended up staying on the line until I talked to Member Services, using the music as background noise while I worked. I do appreciate the suggestion to email Member Services — I didn’t realize that was an option in lieu of calling, so I will keep that in mind next time I need something from MS that is not time-sensitive.

I tried and I got the message that if you were booked any way but as a WDW resort guest, call your agent. I tried to enter my DVC reservation and it would not take it. But, I was having trouble with it anyway so not sure if that is why it did not recognize it.
 
You're still a WDW resort guest on a DVC reservation. They mean if you have booked with a travel agent. Did they have a way to get through and talk to somebody?
 
I was able to reserve using Chat yesterday, which kind of surprised me. Usually they can't help with much of anything.

I think it was the actual reservation for me. It was giving both of us an error. Glad they got it to work for you!
