reserving excursions prior to trip

Hello. After reading my disney book, I was wondering if anyone has ever reserved some of these activities prior to the trip. I know some cant but was jiust wondering what can be reserved online or by calling before hand, thanks

Excursions can be prebooked. Reservations for the rest (Palo, Spa, etc.), can't.
