My son and I will be at DW Jan 3, 4, 5, and 6, doing one park each day. I understand that crowds won't be too much of a problem at that time. Is it necessary for me to make reservations before I visit the parks or could I wait until I actually visit the park in question (say the Moroccan venue at Epcot-I had an awesome meal there about four years ago) and make reservations the morning of my visit to the park? Thanks for your help.

Always good to make reservations ahead of time, you can always cancel them (and please cancel them if you are not going), but it's not always easy to make them. If you know which parks you are going to on what day ...make the reservations as soon as you can.

We have a party of seven going in early feb. and I made ADR the other night for Chef mickey's, 50's cafe, Cape may cafe, crystal palace and the princess breakfast in epcot and didnt have a lot of times to choose from. It may have been because of the party size or the restaurants we choose but I am glad we made ADR's. If you have a particular restuarant you want to eat at I would definetly make arragments beforehand.

Thanks for replying so promptly guys. One more question: can I make the reservations online or does it have to be done by phone? Once again, thanks.

You must call Disney Dining to make advanced reservations. Maybe someday they will let us do it online.
I also suggest you make some reservations even though you will be going at a slower time. The dining plan is definitely having an impact on the full service restaurants.
