We will be staying at Pop Century. We will be there from September 11 until the 21. We also have hopper passes. We have some of our ADR for the restaurants that we want to eat at. Should we make all our reservations in advance or can we make some on site?

You can make them there - and change existing ones - but since you're going during free dining and the restaurants will be PACKED, it's wise to have some at least made before you go knowing you can change them or cancel them later.

If you are using the dining plan, this will also ensure you use all your credits. There have been reports of people with table service meals leftover at the end because they didn't make adequate reservations and never could get into anything.

Since you're going during the free dining, I would make mine all before I left, the sooner the better. Places like Le Cellier book up very fast...
