Reservations with non payjng children

Heading back to wdw in September with my wife and son who is two years old. When I make reservations do I book for the two payjng customers? Or three since he will be there but is not on the dining plan? I think I am answering my own question..... I'm assuming it is for three people.

You are assuming correctly. Book the number of bodies that will be dining . This goes into table-size, restaurant capacity, fire codes, and all that fun stuff, so the number of people there matter more than the number of people paying.

The prepaid experiences will ask the ages to insure that you're not charged for those under 3. The rest won't matter until you're there.
