That's been my opinion thus far...although I need to contact them and have not had an answer to two different emails. do you have any contact information?
Dreams Unlimited booked our room at the Dolphin (Government rate) for our Thanksgiving trip and made all of our PSs. They even came through with a PS for Cinderella's Royal Table!
Dreams saves me time...no phone calls to make to CRO or WDTC....and they save me money....securing codes for FL resident room rates AND making my PS ressies for me so I don't....NO LONG DISTANCE AGAIN!
Cathy Miller is wonderful! Very quick to answer emails and always right there when I need her. She's working with me on my trip for 2006 and it's great!

Simple, painless, as well as stress and worryfree. Everytime I have a non-DVC vacation I use Dreams to help me with my Disney Onsite reservations and PS's. I think they are truly the best and most knowlegable.
My experience with DU was both a positive and negative one. The positive was an awesome itinerary, easy changes made to ressies, and quick responses to most questions. The negative were the following items: #1, During our trip time a great package deal came out that saved us nearly $500, but I was the one who found it on the LAST day it was available. #2, Our agent did not get us any of our requested PS's. We only asked for two--CRT (for breakfast) and LTT for dinner. I was able to secure the CRT on my own, but I really didn't think that LTT would be a bid deal. We were fairly flexible on PS time for LTT, but I think it just slipped by our agent. My point is that I think DU offers a terrific service, but I also think you would be remiss not to stay on top of things. And let me end by saying, we are going to WDW in June, and we are using DU again. Our agent is doing a fantastic job, so I am glad I tried them again.
I am using a fantastic DU agent and have been very pleased.
She has been fast to respond with e-mails, answer all questions (even when the counter was > 200 days!), and has been successful at obtaining all the PSes I requested. No long distance calls for me this year staying on hold for hours!
Over the Christmas holiday she was successful at getting the new code applied to my Spring break reservation saving almost $800.
Carole at DU helped us with our upcoming trip. She has been awesome! She got all the PS for me (including numerous changes...I'm a mess with planning ). She always responds promptly and is so nice. I have my final itenerary and am set to go!
I would highly reccomend DU. They have made this trip so much easier for me...and saved me lots of 'Disney Dollars' to spend while I am there
I am using DU for my upcoming trip. I have nothing but great things to say so far. Misti our agent has been wonderful, she's prompt in email replies, she's secured us a PS for CRT and did other PS seatings for us. She was able to get us a wonderful spring rate, I changed my mind about my room level, unfortunately an upgraded room was unavailable, but she's been checking for me daily! I love the itinerary that is provided as well, makes life easy.
I usually plan everything myself, and have already made room only reservations for the CR in May 2004. I would be tempted to go through DU If...and its a big IF, they are proactive in applying AP or codes when they come out.
My fear is that with codes in such limited supply (if available at all), no travel agency substitutes my diligence in checking this board and mousesavers daily to see if codes are released and then calling immediately. If that is the case, why should one use a travel agency?
I used DU the first year we went. For the most part I was happy, had just a few problems but we had a great trip. The second time we went I did it all myself. This time I sent them an email to request a rate, when the person saw I previously used them she emailed me with the quote and then told me she was sending my information to the person we previously used. I was VERY upset by this since I didn't want to use the same person again. When you request information that is a question that is asked you if you want the same agent. I didn't answer yes so I didn't think I should just be sent to her. Because of that I am going to do everything myself. It was nice to have everything done for you. I just didn't like some of the things that happened with my DU person. Michelle
