Reservations wanted for AKV Sept 13

hi im looking to go to AKV Sept 13-16 with me and my gf. i have no preference in room view just as long it is a studio. i see it ranges from 8-11 pts a night and i see most people are asking anywhere between 8-10 dollars a pt so let me know what you can do i will accept the best offer. i have a verified paypal acct and have rented before please let me know your terms of payment ie. how much of a down payment and when u need the balance which i will pay after i have the reservation confirmation and contract. also i have made reservations in the past and have the contact number of my previous renter if you need reference. please let me know asap as i know akv fills up quickly also i have noticed that wdw is offering free dining, but i dont know if dvc renters can qualify for this. if i do i would love to get the free dining. ty look forward to hearing back from u.
