Reservations Unavailable?

I just tried to make a resort reservation and the WDW website said reservations were currently unavailable. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think it is because of the indefinite closure notice, or just a glitch?

If so, that would be a useful clue as to when they expect to be able to reopen. It's annoying, as I had a room I wanted to book and it was available for booking just a few hours ago, but I wanted to check something else, first. Oh, well. Everything just feels so insecure, these days.

That happens from time to time. I'm sure it's just a glitch, they're probably changing something around.

I just tried to modify my reservation for a later date. I was unable to do so.

I think they are working on the site to better process cancelation requests due to the closure. I read an Orlando Sentinel article saying Disney is paying its employees until April 18, so that might be a clue to those who had trips in April, like I did, as to what is definitely canceled.

I think they shut down the reservation system through May. Tickets are also unavailable, and someone reported dining. I suspect it's due to the "indefinite" closure, and WDW doesn't want people just pushing reservations out that may again need to be pushed, etc. I expect they'll open it up once they have a better idea of re-opening.
