Reservations through CRO. How?

i read over on allears that if you book a room only ressie through CRO that you only have to pay a single night's deposit and that you can make changes and cancellations with no penalties. how do i get ahold of CRO? i tried calling 407-W-DISNEY but they wanted the normal $200 deposit.

The $200 deposit is for a package (room and tickets).

If you book room only, the deposit is 1 nights rate plus tax. (You also have 14 days before you HAVE to pay that deposit.) You can make the reservation today and call back in 14 to make the deposit.

Cancellations without penalty 5 days before check-in date.

Call back and try again.

When you call Disney, tell the Cast Member that you want a "room only" reservation. The same people book rooms or packages. Also, I believe that at the beginning of the telephone tree that there is an option to "push 1" for a vacation package or just stay on the line. You do NOT want the package, so just stay on the line.
