Visitors to Disney’s Animal Kingdom who want a closer look at the animals in the Pangani Forest and Kilimanjaro Safari areas of the park have a new option to enjoy. Alas it’s a pricey option with tour prices starting at $129 (which does not include park admission), but it sounds absolutely amazing. Previous to this, the best VIP tour of the area was only for concierge guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.

A unique wildlife experience is scheduled to launch in early 2011 for the three-hour, expert-led adventure.

WHOA! how expensive - i can see another tour for $50 for over 3's which will probably be popular. I can't see much detail of what the tours entail, as to why the cost it so much and the age limit is 9+ then 16+ :confused3 We also did the tour (fed the giraffe's on flatbed truck) at Busch gardens, that was quite pricey but can't remember exactly how much, i think we may have paid $35 each (couple no kids at the time) - i don't think i would have paid much more that that to be honest.
