Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

I couldn't stand it any longer - had some really good ADRs for February (Le Cellier, Ohana) and hadn't been able to bring them up online, so I called. And yup, they're all there, in the system.

The CM seemed to be pretty understanding about the whole thing... if you're losing any sleep over this, just give them a call. The CM who helped me said they've been doing a lot of confirmations over the past two weeks because of the website outage. He expected my reservations to be visible online again in a few days (though I wonder if he said that with a straight face).

Do you think he meant just your reservations because he had just checked them or did he mean everyones? If i break down and call, i know i will have to keep calling to check that they are still there. I mean they could be there one day and not the next right? they are still doing upgrades all through December i presume ? Gosh what a mess!

I know im the same. Its so much easier when you can see them all online. I had wondered if the CMs had mentioned whether they will come back or not? I will hang another week too and then break down and call.

I was going to wait, but I finally broke down and called b/c I didn't want to be sitting on duplicate reservations.....CM was very nice about it and seemed knowledgable about the situation, she only found the same ones I was seeing online when she looked me up by my phone number (which were the ones I booked after the outage) so she looked up the ones that weren't showing online by the confirmation # so that I could cancel them (they were all there). I've read how some CMs were saying that the missing ones would eventually show online again, but when I asked her about that she said that she honestly doesn't know if they will ever show up online again.

I was pretty much cancelling every reservation that wasn't showing online except O'hana - I had her cancel that one, and then after I hung up w/ her I rebooked it really fast so that I would be able to have all my ADRs online in one place (but I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you have a backup in place that you are happy with b/c I also cancelled Le Cellier since I was recently able to book it at a better time than I originally had it for and was planning on posting in on the Dec. cancelled ADRs thread, but when I checked right after re-booking O'hana, it was already gone!) Anyways, just wanted to share my experience :)

I like others finally gave in and called today. All of mine were there. I went ahead and trusted the CM and let them cancel some of the ones that I needed cancelling. I much would have rather done it myself. But she told me that once the update was in place, any double bookings would be cancelled. So that scared me, and I went ahead and let her cancel the ones that I couldn't do myself online. She had no idea when the online system would be working correctly.

Does it say on the Disney site that you cant doublebook? As a newbie i knew nothing about that till i came on this board. When you go to disney for the first time everything is so complicated and confusing. For all the people that do not know about this board and doublebooking, well there will be a real problem if disney takes it upon themselves to start cancelling ressies without informing them. My goodness there would be an uproar. I cant honestly see that happening. It should be clearly marked Do not book more than one restaurant instead it just reminds you that there are conflicting reservations and gives you no time frame to cancel.

My thoughts exactly. My CM wasn't the only CM saying this. I found another thread about not double booking and how you will lose bookings. I don't see how Disney can do that without giving you a warning period. Such as you have a week to drop one of these bookings or something like that.

I couldn't access any of my ADR's online yesterday (even with the confirmation numbers entered separately). I called and, fortunately, they were all there and I was able to confirm the ones I wanted to keep and cancel the ones I didn't need.

I looked on the reservation page and most of my dinning reservations no longer show up. OK, so I read the page and go to the link to enter my existing reservation and phone number. Nothing is showing up. So, now I enter one of the reservations that do SHOW UP on the Dinning Reservation page, but they still do not show up. Help!

They can't auto-cancel double-bookings as there are many legit ones around. Some people may have made different reservations for different people in their party for example. Or like us tonight, where we've got a party of 6 but originally the only way I could get Le Cellier at the time we wanted was as two tables of 3 people at the same time.

This happened to me three nights ago.. I freaked! I had to rebook them, luckily they were still avail around the same times as my originals. I'm sure you could call the wdw-dine number and give them your info.

Now does that mean you are doublebooked? Are the original ones completely gone?

I called on Sunday since I had 7 reservations spread out over 2 trips and only 1 appeared. I was told they are still working on the system and not everything transferred correctly.

We walked through all my confirmation numbers and everything's still there, just not showing to me. So....hang on to your confirmation numbers and all should be well.

BUT mostly to cancel our ADR's for the December trip we slid over to March. I could not get any of my reservations (minus Mickey's BBQ that I booked on the phone) to show up, even when entering my numbers.

So I canceled the December ones, added a Fantasmic Lunch package, and checked my other March ones which were all there. I had a great CM!

I didn't read all the posts but wanted to mention my recent experience. We have a bunch of ADRs for our upcoming trip. Like others here, I couldn't pull them up on the ADR list after WDW updated their system. Some ADRs showed, most didn't. I called to confirm ALL my previous ADRs were in the system, which they were.

However, we very recently surprised our kids with news of the WDW trip. Oldest DS begged to go to Teppan Edo. So, without my itinerary with me, I logged on and booked a lunch ADR for Teppan Edo, at 1:10pm. I tried to remember what days we were going to Epcot and booked based on that. Well, I got home, checked my itinerary and we're already booked for Le Cellier at 12:30 that same day. I never got a warning that we already had a reservation. Now, I'm concerned all over again.

But, I'm a worrier by nature.

I tried to look up our ADR's for our Dec. trip and only 2 of the 7 showed up. I called in and was advised they are all there it is just with the new system and updates that they are not showing on the WDW website. The CM found all my ADR's and assured me they are active. Just a little nervous when a couldn't find them since we are there 18-25 December!

I don't know?! Maybe i should call them. I don't want to be doublebooked and have someone else miss out on a ressie. But i still only see the new ones in the online system and not my old ones.

You are most likely double booked. The old reservations are not gone, they just do not show up online (for now). You should call and they will help you.

I don't know if they do or don't, but I agree with you about how you can have a legitimate "double booking" (not really - because they're for different people). For example, on our upcoming trip, my sister and her boyfriend are also going at the same time. We are sharing some meals, so I made ressies for 6 for those, but many of ours are for 4. On one day, DD and I are having lunch in the castle with them - so a ressie for 4. DH and DS are not going. They'll just eat CS, but I COULD legitimately make them a TS ressie at the same time without it being a double booking. Our package reservation is only for 4, though, so it could look like I have a double booking. I wonder if anyone has actually had a "good" ressie cancelled due to this supposed policy? I would be maaaaadddd!!!

Just thought I'd log on to their website and double check my dining ressies. 3 out of 7 are there. I tried to enter the missing one's using my conf and phone number and it just keeps telling me to call them. Has anyone else had this happen. I printed them all off and I'd hate to waste my dime if it's a common problem but I will call if everyone thinks I should
