Reservations not showing up in MDE app?

For some reason, my room reservation isn't showing up on the MDE app. I booked a package. My tickets are visible, but my room reservation and dining reservation aren't. When I try to link them, it says it's already linked. But I don't see them.

Do you think I have to call?

This is a common occurrence. Look at your account on a computer and not the app.

try logging out of your MDE and logging back in. Sometimes that works

Does it say that they are linked to someone else but that someone else has your name? If so, it's a result of the merging mess they did in the last few months and requires a call to IT to fix. (But they are aware of the problem and it is a quick fix.)

Thanks for the replies. I alums up calling this morning and I was connected with IT and they fixed it rather quickly!

I was going to suggest this. When I'd booked the initial reservations for an August trip with a friend I had to call and talk to IT and they fixed it. Ended up cancelling those when my friend couldn't come and I wasn't sure if I was going to come, but decided to go ahead and make new reservations (slightly modified in terms of resort, etc.) for a solo trip today. Fully expected to deal with IT after putting my requests on, but was happily surprised to see that these showed directly up.

IT was very helpful in getting things sorted when they have had to (last reservations, for some reason having my flight info added to DME after making the reservation was resulting in it changing me to an infant in the system, so IT got to deal with me a couple of times on that one).

If they are showing up when you long into the full website it is just a connectivity issue with the app. Every time I was missing info I did a force stop, cleared the cache, and when I logged back in it was there.

It seems every time they do an update people report having issues with the app.
