Reservations not showing on DCL site

Has anyone had a significant lag between booking a cruise with a TA and having it show up on the DCL site? On the opening day for silver last week (Wed) I booked two rooms through Costco. One was a standard booking and it showed up on the DCL site the same day I booked it. I also booked with a placeholder the same day (a different agent who was handling all the Placeholder bookings booked that one). The next day, I booked a third stateroom for my parents. I received confirmation emails and numbers from Costco the day of booking. However, only the very first reservation is showing up on the DCL site under my profile. I have talked to Costco twice, and they said not to worry, it might be due to the high volume Disney has been doing since the release and that the Costco system shows all three bookings. I still would feel better seeing them all on the DCL site though! Has anyone else had this type of delay this week? Thanks!

Two things. First, as PP said, if you have a confirmation number and your reservation doesn’t show up, there’s an option to link it. Under My Disney Cruise, you should should see in the middle View All My Reservations and, at the bottom of the list, there Add Reservation. I used that option a few times when I changed a reservation and the old info was still showing up. It forces the site to retrieve the up-to-date info.

Second, the new site design favors showing only the upcoming reservation. All the others are hidden and the only to get a list is to use the View All My Reservations option. Before, the site used to bring you to the list by default.

Yeah, I've booked through TAs every time and I've always had to add my reservations to the DCL account. Not a big deal, just a nuisance. You can see your cruises on your Costco account, right? That's where you'll make payments if you don't want to phone. But to check in, you'll need those reservations on your DCL account.
