I think you can call and book now - just can't do it online.

For packages and booking online, you have to wait until the 2012 rates are released, which should be sometime in August 
. But you can call and book room only now, which will be quoted at the highest rate for 2011 and will require a deposit of 1 night's room rate + tax. Once 2012 rates are released, your reservation will be adjusted to reflect the correct rate
