I understand that at the 60 day mark you can reserve your meals for the next 10 days of your trip, but what if you are staying longer? Will I have to get up again every day to make my next day’s reservation? Thanks

We are in the same boat as you- a 14 day stay. That is exactly how I understand it. We will need to make every reservation post 10 day mark daily.

As the others said, yes, you will need to do it on a rolling basis. But that does mean you will get first pick of restaurants, so if you have one that is very in-demand, putting it to the end of your trip will be beneficial. In the past, if I had a longer trip I wouldn't need to get up super early to make reservations, just do it whenever I wanted on the day it opened; now with the lower restaurant capacity, I'm not sure if it's as true, but I prob wouldn't stress as much to wake up at the earliest time if it's inconvenient to you (also, it means you only need to book for one day at a time, so it's pretty fast to wake up, do it on the phone, then go back to sleep).

Thanks everyone. I had hoped that maybe if I called they would book the others for me.
