I have a reservation package at WDW. My account was due Friday, but my mother-in-law died that day, I called Disney to explain that I would like to pay my bill in a couple days, after we took care of this family distress.
Which worked fine, I think. The reservationist put a note on our account stating our situation. I called Wednesday to take care of it. She seemed to have difficulty finding my information, but it was all taken care of.
Now it seems my account is in a 'different place'. I cant access my information online, I get error messages with my confirmation number. And weird Null information shows. So I called and they had difficulty with it. Though they could see it, they cannot access it. But assured me the account is paid in full.
Has anyone had an experience like this before? Does anyone know whats going on. The girls didnt know why they cant access it. But assured me that my Magical Expres Tickets will be sent to me as I've read they should on this forum.
