We are traveling to Disney from Maryland in our motorhome in March. The drive should take about 14 to 16 hours of driving time. We have three children 7, 4.5 and 4.5.
Our exact departure time is somewhat undecided and won't be decided until the day of. If temps here are still freezing or if any inclimate weather is predicted, we may leave Wednesday evening, drive a few hours south to warmer temps and stop for the night. If the weather is mild, we will depart early Thursday morning, drive all day, and stop just a few hours outside of Disney for the night. (once the motorhome is dewinterized, we won't risk allowing it to set in freezing temps for too long)
anywho, I was thinking that if we arrive in Orlando on Thursday evening, my kids would love love love to stay at the Nick hotel. But, will we get a reservation for a Thursday night if I call Thursday morning? Is it as difficult to get a reservation there for a week night as it would be to get a reservation like that at Disney?
