Reservations at Disney Restaurants

We are going to WDW AKL in July 2005 and I was wondering how I go about booking specific restaurants. (We are coming over from the UK, I am not sure whether that makes a difference?)

We have been to WDW POR but that was in September and I just called from our room on the days we wanted to go, but I presume things will be busier in July??!

Any advice would be great!

Call 407-WDW-DINE (939-3463) to make Priority Seatings for restaurants. Generally, you can't call more than 90 days ahead of the date you want the PS for (although there are some exceptions to this).

Also, at WDW, you cannot make a "reservation" (defined as reserving a certain table for a certain time). Instead, with a Priority Seating, you check in at the hostess stand at your PS time (or up to 15 minutes prior to that) and you will then get the next available table for a party of your size. Although this generally means you will be seated pretty close to the time of your PS, at some of the more popular restaurants, you may have to wait awhile beyond the time of your PS to actually get seated.
