Reservations at Big River Grille & Brewing Works

Hello,

I would like to make reservations at Big River Grille & Brewing Works in October when my DH and I are vising Disney. I tried to do the online reservations, but there is no option. Does anyone know if they accept advance reservations?

I'm sure I read somewhere that they don't take reservations. I thought it looked fab and will try and get there at some point during our trip!

No they don't take reservations.

Since they are not owned by Disney they are not connected to Disney's ADR system (but they do accept the DDP). You can call them directly to try and make ressies @ phone: 407-560-0253.

Also if you sign up on their website right before you go (under "big river online" at top of their website) you might get a coupon for a free appetizer, etc. Don't sign up too early though - other DISers have reported that their coupon expired before they took their trip!

I just signed up. The email for the free appetizer came almost immediately. It is good for 30 days. Yum!

we where there in june they take the dining plan but don't take reservations the food was great you shouldn't have a problem getting in as i called 3 days before we were to leave and there was going to be 13 of us we were booked under a priority seating arrangement and like i said the food was worth it.

Don't get too excited about this place. The food is awful. We had four different dishes from salads to hamburgers and none of the entrees were good. I was sent a $10 coupon after eating there in December but wouldn't go back to use it. We tried this place for the first time about 10 years ago and it was terrible then too. It is such a good location on the Boardwalk that it is a shame that this isn't a better restaurant.

We were there last summer and called from our room and were told they do not take reservations. I asked about priority seating, if they would put our name on the list before we were heading over and the girl said "no." I did not find them very helpful on the phone and it sounded extremely loud on the other end....we never ended up going.

I swear I've heard others say they made reservations there by calling directly. I specifically remembering someone saying they tried to call at 180 days and the person on the phone kind of laughed and told them to call back closer to their trip dates.

I've eaten there once - no reservation - but there was a list with names on it at the podium, I saw it - and there was no one else there waiting for a table when we arrived (as in they had put their names on a list for a seat) - it was early in the evening.

I thought the food was fine - nothing outstanding, but not bad. More like a Friday's or Applebee's level quality.
