We are having the same issue. We have two DVC reservations with inactivated AP's. I was able to book the first 7 days and then it says I have reached my limit. Looks like a lot of people are having the same issue on facebook. I have been on hold for over 5 hours with no resolution.
Same boat here - APs which are not activated yet. We could book 7 days of our November trip and then nothing for April. It sounds like there are very few people who have been able to book multiple trips or longer than 7 days. I guess at least we are not alone. Hopefully they have their capped crowds low right now and will increase as time goes on. That way we will hopefully have a change when they increase park capacity.
Thank you for posting! Was able to get the passes for my March trip! Took a couple of tries when the parks werent selectable but eventually made it. Then when I went to check MDE, they were all listed, but my APs seemed to have disappeared... glitchy glitchy...
What’s odd is that before, the ticket could be broken up. If I had a 10 day ticket, I didn’t need to use it all at the same trip - like in the good old days. Now, a 10 day ticket has to be booked on the same trip.

I was just able to make all of our Park Passes after getting that limit error message all day, so I think they finally fixed it! (AP with three linked resort reservations).

What is frustrating is I waited over 2 hours to connect on the MDE chat, and when I got in they were not able to resolve the problem earlier this afternoon. The person I was chatting with replied my issue was the first he had have heard of it and contacted the help desk.
I would have been much happier if they had just told me it was a known issue and Disney IT was working on it.

It still may be personal , but at least i was able to book for our Oct & Dec trips for my husband & I.
Our daughter (adult with her own MDE) has an AP voucher, & the system wouldn't allow me to add her (yes, she's on both reservations). Hopefully, they'll get the voucher thing fixed & we'll be able to add her to our plans.
Got all my park passes. Seems system is fixed.Now I just have to be able to add my granddaughter who is two years old now but will be three at time of trip
Wed morning here and I finally was able to get my park reservations! WOW! The system sure is glitchy and stressful. Not a magical experience at all, but glad its done. I just picked parks in a pattern and kept going. Doesnt matter what day what park just let us in!
