For dining two months beforehand and one month for tours and other things like fantasmic dining, am I right that it opens 8AM Pacific time? Even on weekends?

Now that its been around, do people prefer calling or emailing? Is email only available for dining?

I prefer to call. And I have yet experience a case where I had to call at 8am (except for Fantasmic! during certain key events.)

Yes every day.

I used the e-mail system when planning our trip this summer, and it was very quick and easy. I sent them dates, times, restaurant names, and number in our party and got a reply within (I think) 1-2 hours. I remember it being a very fast turnaround.
