Hi all
I am new here. Looking for good info about PS.
I guess I just don't get it. Do I really need to make my ressies now?
We will be there from Dec 21-24.

I am wondering if the dinner package for Fantasmic is worth it, also. I see that we can only make that at our hotel and 7 days in advance. So, we may not even get those ressies.

Any help would be appreciated.

Things will be getting busy around Christmas. Yes, I would make PS if there are popular restaurants that you really want to eat at.

You may want to check to see if the Fantasmic Dinner Package will be available when you are there. We were there for the same dates last year and they were not offering the package for the holiday week. But you may be able to get it your first night or two there.

Hello lisajl, and welcome. To answer your question, for the most popular resteraunts ie Castle breakfast, chef mickeys, princess breakfast in Norway, etc.... you should make your ressies as soon as you are allowed between 120-60 days in advance depending on the resteraunt. If you really want to eat somewhere (regardless of how popluar it is), I would also make those ressies just to be sure you will get in. i like the fantasmic package and there usually some available in you call relatively early in the morning. But, if its not busy at the park that day, its not always neccesary. I just like knowing that I don't have to get to Fantasmic 1 1/2 early to get decent seats. The seats they reserve are over to one side, but the view is good. Good luck, I hope you enjoy the Dis boards.

We usually only make ressies for one special evening dinner or show. and take our chances the rest of the time. (DH likes to be spontaneous, so we don't always know which park we'll be in on which day). When it's not too busy, we are able to get same day ressies for the restaurants/time we want. If it is a busy time of year, we have not been able to get ressies at our preferred times, so we have either eaten very early or missed the restaurant.

If you really want a certain restaurant or a certain time - get ressies now.

My DH is also concerned about.....which park, when will be there, what if I change my mind...kinda thing.

I am just happy we are finally going. We have not been there since our daughter was 4, she will be 17 in November.
She has two little bro's now (8 and 5).

I will check over the restaurants. Any suggestions?
I see that people like Le Cellier. Found some posts elsewhere about their cheese soup....sounds yummy!
