I am looking to book a 2 bedroom villa February 28 thru March 7 2009. Dates are somewhat flexible but they do need to be Saturday to Saturday. According to the chart I will need 350 points. Thank you so much for your time.

Happy to help - if your time is availble! I have done this before and have references. My payment terms allow for cancellation up to 45 days out - only 20% due as a deposit and the deposit is due AFTER you have your reservation confirmation in your name.

I do not usually post on the rent/trade board as the last few times we had some available points, we rented to previous renters.
