Reservation Wanted: BCV for December 3-12 (128 points)

I am looking to rent points for the Beach Club Villas from December 3-12. I would want a studio room. This is my first time renting points. I have been on the Tour Guide Mike forums for the past couple of years and heard about this board over there. We have never stayed in a DVC Resort. We were wanting to try something new this time.

Please let me know if you have points that I would be able to rent for those nights and if so, what your terms are.
