Reservation Wanted 12/09

Hi all! I know this is early....but it is better to be early than late. I am looking for someone who is willing to rent me points and call on the first day 11 months out for a room.

My preference is AKL.I would need a 1 bedroom. And my dates would be sometime around December 13-18 2009.

I would want to have a contract between you and me to protect us both as well as I would put a deposit down and we can figure out when and how much the payments would be.
