What time do they start taking reservations for the spa and Palo's? What time should we get to the port to be able to get onboard as early as possible?

The times will be in your first navigator that you will receive when you check in. I believe Palo and spa ressies begin officially at 1:30, but sometimes start before then. I believe boarding starts between 12:00 and 12:30. They start letting people in at 10:30, but check-in was about half an hour later than that. We just had my DD sit in line with all our carry-ons while we walked around keeping my 3 yr old DD entertained.

In December on the Magic they started taking both spa and Palo reservations EARLY, pretty much right as you boarded. There were no lines for EITHER when I went to make my reservations first thing. It was great. :)

Michelle,
Was it listed in the Navigator that ressies would be taken right away or did you just happen to go to the ressie location and find that out?

Ann, they hand out a sheet at the port when you check in listing all the times that they start taking reservations.

Palo reservations started at noon and spa reservations were listed as starting at 11:45! I don't think anyone boarded that early, although they MAY have started boarding early since ours was the first cruise after the ship was taken offline for a week last year to clean it. We didn't arrive at the port until 12:30 or so and boarding had started. I was at both places at around 12:45 to 1:00 and had no problems getting reservations. :)
