Hello! I have a question I am hoping someone can answer. In Nov 2007 we stayed at the Poly and fell in love with Kona and Ohana's. My question is if we make ADR's for breakfast at one of those places and drive over from our resort (POR) to the Poly can we park at the hotel, eat our breakfast, then hop on the monorail to go to either MK or Epcot. My husband was thinking they would not allow you to keep your car there in the Poly parking lot all day even though we are staying on property at POR.:confused3 We drive to all the parks and places we eat because we have a disabled child with a large wheelchair. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks
Shauna

Your husband is right, you couldn't leave the car there all day. However, one of you and the child could take the monorail and the other driver could move the car.

Or another option, especially if you have a disabled hang tag, is to park at the TTC and then take the Resort Monorail one stop to the Poly. This will let you off effectively right at the entrance to Kona and a short walk (on the same level) to 'Ohana.

At quiet times of the year you MIGHT be able to leave the car, especially if it is lunchtime or dinnertime. I'd ask the parking lot attendant. I have done this at EPCOT resort hotels after asking the parking lot man.

Otherwise, valet park. You are paying ($12??) and can leave the car with them all day, or even drive to another resort and valet park there for free. I think it is well worth the time and energy you save.,
