Reservation System STILL Down???

I haven't been able to get into the online reservation system since Wednesday. Are others having this issue or is this just my PC not being able to connect?

I've been having sporadic issues as well. WIll get through all steps, including adding cc info for sigs & will get a "Server Busy" more often than not instead of a final confirmation.

I have tried changing browsers & using the mobile ap as well. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Very exasperating.

I had trouble today, too. At first, I kept getting an "Oops!" message with Donald, saying they were doing maintenance or the server was busy. I tried again about 1/2 hr. later and was able to make 4 ADRs, but it took an hour. The pages took forever to load. I don't think it was my computer, because I was able to navigate other websites quickly while waiting for Disney. Whenever they upgade their system, it seems to make things go from bad to worse.

Try using the phone number, 407-939-3463. I called and was impressed with how well the system works. I also like that it will search on the following 2 days for your search if it can't find an opening on your search.
