Reservation Requests Question???

We booked our My Way package through Kingdom Magic Vacations. We are staying at ASMO and our only request was preferred Fantasia Bldg, Smoking Room. I have called them a couple times with questions and double check our requests and they always have it down, but should I call ASMO myself to make the requests also??? This is our First Trip and I am clueless, but I am learning alot from the boards!!!!

I don't think the resort actually gets your reservation until just a couple days before you arrive, so calling them probably won't help. I've read that they are ignoring faxed requests also now. If it's noted on your ressie, I think that's about the best you can do, just ask again at check-in, before they assign your room. Our building request (Toy Story, lol) for Movies was on our ressie last fall, and the place was completely booked because a hurricane was coming that night, and we still got it.

If you've checked with CRO and your requests are there, then relax.

When you check in, simply (and pleasantly) ask about the availability of a room in the area you requested, they will usually do their best to accomodate you (even if you are not originally assigned there).

I haven't checked with CRO yet. I have only verified through the travel agent. How do I contact CRO??
