If I have a reservation already linked to MDE and I add another guest through member services, does the MDE reservation automatically update to show the new guest?

Yes, but not always right away. It might take until the next day for the change to be reflected online.

Maybe.

The guest needs to be a part of your Friends & Family for the name to be connected automatically. And it needs to be spelled the same way.
