Reservation Question?

I am trying to book a standard or water view room at Boardwalk Inn for 11-5 through 11-9 of this year but, right now there is no availability. My question is, does anyone know if there will be any chance that one of these rooms will become available and does Disney have a wait list for their resorts? Also, would I do better with a travel agent? I appreciate any help I can get with this Thanks

That's the weekend of the run Disney wine and dine 1/2 marathon. Travelocity is showing availability for your dates at Boardwalk, yacht and beach club.

Disney does not hold rooms. If people cancel, rooms may re-enter inventory. Separate inventory is released to sites like Orbitz and Travelocity that is worth checking.

But it's Wine & Dine, as others have said.

Disney doesn't have wait lists.

Is that Jersey Week? Probably just going to be a more crowded week. If you can't find availabilty at the resort you want, try booking thru a third party website like Travelocity or Expedia, they have separate inventory. That was the strategy I used when we wanted to go in January and everything appeared booked up (it was a marathon weekend). I had no problem finding a room once I got past the idea of "I must book directly with Disney".
