Reservation Question...

I have a June Use Year. Say I wanted to make a reservation for next October(I know I have to wait till the 11 month mark) Would I be borrowing my June 2015 points to make the reservation or no since it would technically be in my June 2015 use year

You would not be borrowing any point. You'd just be using you June 2015 points in their use year. You can make the reservation as soon as your window opens up as long as your points are good for your trip - you don't need them available when you book too
