We are planning a trip in the fall (party of 3) 2 of us will be staying a week. the other party maybe 3-4 4 day. My question is which is the best way to book since the fall promotion is going on. I know to book a package everyone must be staying the same length of time. Can we book room only and book tickets and dining afterwards for the 2 of us? The third party book tickets and dining separately for their length of stay?????

Thanks so much! :thanks:

If 2 of you are wanting a package with tickets and dining, the easiest way to do it (IMO) is to book the package with 2 and then add the third person when he/she gets there or at check in, depending on when that person will be arriving. The 3rd person will then pay for tickets and meals OOP. Keep in mind that if that person is over 18, you will be charged an extra adult fee for every night he/she is there ($10/nt values; $15/nt mods; $25/nt deluxe). There's no way to book everyone in the room and then add tickets and dining for just 2 of you as any package requires everyone in the room to have the same components whether it's booked from the start or changed later. You also cannot add dining for just part of the stay.....it's dining for all nights or not at all. Also, if a room only is booked now and you want to change to a package later, the room only will have to be cancelled/refunded and a package booked, requiring a new $200 deposit as money paid toward one cannot be applied to the other. HTH :).
