If we have a reservation for 4 adults and 1 child but one of the adults cannot make the dinner, are we going to be charged for that adult? Will we be seated without the full perty present? We are supposed to meet some family in Orlando but are not sure if one member will make it so I went ahead and made the reservation as if he were going to be there. We will not know until closer to October. Not sure what to do here. Thanks for your input.

No, you will not be. there's been occasion where someone did not make it on the trip and we didn't call and let them know about it and it was fine. we have someone that might be going w/us in sept so we went ahead and added her to our reservations. if it's just one person, not too worry.

We would like to be seated together as it is a birthday celebration. Does anyone have experience with this?

I think the only exception to that would be the places that take a credit card to hold your reservation, ie Hoop Dee Doo Review, etc. Those you would have to cancel by the deadline. For all the other places, you should be fine. We had one person cancel and didn't have any problems. We just let them know when we checked in that we would be one person short.
