If I tried to book a reservation for Dec 20th and nothing is available at the sci fi theatre how often do you call back to find out if there is openings?

I asked a CM that same questions when I was trying to make an ADR for our upcoming trip. He suggested calling as soon as they open in the am since the cancellations from the day before would be entered. I took his advice & it worked for me
