Reservation question - help!

I booked a ressie through this website for the Swan, and received an e-mail saying that they will forward the request to the hotel. It also said it can take 24-48 hours to process.

Is there any way to find out sooner? My airline ressie expires at midnight tonight and I can't book the flight until I have confirmation about the room.

I've e-mailed them twice, but no response. Has anyone had any experience with this before? First time -- please advise!!!
