reservation phone numbers

I've got (407) 939-7675 as the number for package reservations. (407) 939-7429 as the number for room only reservations.

Is there a toll free number?

The one I had, (800) 828-0228, when I call it I get a recording that it is inactive.

Are these the right 407 numbers anyway?

1-407-WDW-DINE for dining reservations
1-407-WDW-PLAY for golf, cruises, tours, etc.
