Reservation on second room

I reserved two rooms for our trip in November. My son and his wife will be in the second room. The CM I reserved with put that reservation as being made by my son. Their names didn't show up under my Magic Band Order. Does this mean that I won't be able to schedule their Fast Passes, also? We wanted to have the same FP+ reservations, so it would be easiest if I can just schedule them all.

They will need to set up a My Disney Experience account and link their plans with yours.

I have done this with our son and daughter-in-law. They did not set up a MDE account. I added them under the family and friends section, linked their tickets and reservation in my MDE account. I made FP+ for the four of us and our daughter and son-in-law. The latter had their own MDE account which we did "share" so that I could plan for them as well. We did have a bit of a hitch (Son-in-law's name would not properly link--he showed up in the family/friends list, but when we tried to make test FP+ for him, it showed he had no valid media. He was linked properly in their MDE but when we shared--for some reason he did not properly link) and had to get IT involved to allow me to make FP+ for them. IT fixed it in short order and there were no other hitches or glitches.

This is what I do as well. I reserve 2 rooms, even though I reserve it they put it in my mom's name (she's in the 2nd room) and by adding her as a friend and family I do all of our FPs and ADRS. Been doing it this way for years.
