Perfect! As long as your resort reservation is linked in My Disney Experience, you should have no issue making ADRs for the duration of your stay on your 180th day.
As others have said, as long as you are a resort guest and its under 10 days.
We just booked our ADRs at 180 days today and included an ADR for the day we depart without any problem.
