Reservation modification - NOT WORKING - Error Sign. Advice?

Very confused. Is anyone else getting an error sign? I am trying to "modify" my reservation and not able to do so. I've tried to move up my reservation since August 22, and its now been 3 days of getting the same error. Disney IT?

So I have a room booked from July 22-29. I have tried to move it up to July 23-30, July 24-31.... what have you. I tried again today--- July 23-30. Not sure what is happening. Don't know if I can add a screen shot or if the screen shot would be against the rules. Any advice outside of calling MS at 9am?

We keep getting this error sign. Tried again this morning to book a new room and also got this error sign! Cleaned my cookies. Still no go.

I have been getting weird page of script the past several days. I just keep trying and it eventually works. I am trying to modify a 1 day stay that's in a week and like to search a few times a day.

Sometimes my phone works better.

Check to make sure that the email and phone number on all guests are not blank. I’ve had this happen to me in the past. The system filled in the address for the second guest, but the email and phone numbers were blank. I think I just checked the box that the information was the same as the lead guest (for each additional guest) and it worked for me.

A few weeks ago, I couldn’t modify a reservation to add a day. MS received error messages and the only solution, even for MS, was to book the additional day as a separate reservation.

A few days ago I received the weird page with script. Embedded in the script was a reference to using an outdated browser.

Sometimes it does that when I use Chrome. I switch to Safari, and it works.

Not that it helps, but I had the same issue a couple of years ago. I had an SSR 1 BR reservation that I got an error every single time I tried to modify. MS had the same issue. Since it was SSR and there were several rooms available I had to cancel and rebook.

I know you said you are walking a reservation. I assume if you cancel it you won't be able to get your walk back? Not sure MS is going to be able to help in this situation.

I know you said you are walking a reservation. I assume if you cancel it you won't be able to get your walk back? Not sure MS is going to be able to help in this situation.

Just called MS. They also received the same error.

They canceled and rebooked. Just like your scenario. I received a cancellation notice. How scary. Imagine if they weren’t able to rebook? It’s a bwv std room.
