All these problems just show us why we should check and then recheck everything we get. I am a travel agent and I know from first hand experience that every bit of correspondence should be looked over completely and carefully. I called Disney 4 times on Friday about my parents and my reservations. They had us for 5 nights (which is right) but had us on Magical Express the day after we arrived to go back to the airport. Everyone makes mistakes so be kind, but always read everything!
