We usually stay off site, so I'm not familiar with Disney resorts too much. Yesterday when the 2020 discounts came out I booked a room for February. At the end of booking I got an error message saying it couldn't be completed online and to phone. I didn't have time to spend an hour or two on the phone so was just going to leave it for now. But when I log into my disney account the reservation is listed with a confirmation number and our credit card has been charged.
I have not received any confirmation email, is one normally sent? Has this happened to anyone else? I'd rather not spend an hour on hold if not necessary.
