Reservation...is this normal???

Ok, I made a reservation for a friend. I gave them all of their personal information, however, the paperwork came in my husbands name and they are not listed anywhere. Is this "normal"?? Do I need to call and make any sort of changes?

I think you need to call and get their name added. I have made several reservations for friends and family lately and they all have my name at the top but then list the other person where it says this reservation confirmed for:

They may have the other names in the system but I would check to be sure. I just changed one from my name to my daughter and told them not to send a new confirmation as I know when she checks in all she needs is her photo ID. The other thing you can do is call the resort directly and give them the reservation number and they will let you know who they show as the person who will be using it.
