Reservation ideas please

My daughter will be at Disney, using my dvc points. I can see everything she has planned, which is fine.

We were thinking of surprising her and showing up a few days after she gets to WDW. I believe she can see all of my reservations, as I can see hers.

Is there a way to make a DVC reservation for me that she won't see in the phone app?

All thoughts appreciated...

Have your wife set up a DVC account on line and she makes the reservation. It wouldn't be linked to your daughter's MDE if that is how she would see yours.

I agree with Deb & Bill suggestion as an alternate.
Is your DD a member on your contact or an associate off your contract? Is she "seeing" the reservation on the DVC member or MDE web-site. That will help us make suggestions. Any reservation made does NOT have to be placed within MDE unless you have to have DME or want to make FPs.

There is a way in MDE to edit friends & family so that they can only view plans that you "share". So, if you are dining together, they would see it. If you have FPs booked together, they will see it. If you aren't traveling together, they will not see your reservations.
