We love to go to Disney over Christmas, but have a reservation that we won't be able to use this year.

We will entertain reasonable offers.

If the reservation could be altered to be from the 16th to the 23rd, I'd take the entire thing. I already have ressies at Coronado, but would much rather stay at the BCV.

My flight is already booked for the 16th thru the 23rd though and I don't want to pay cancellation fees and then the price increase in flying on the 26th so it would have to be 12/16-12/23.

Going by the availability chart here, I saw that there is a 1BR available on the 17 and 18th and a studio available for the rest of the trip.

Would that require me to check in the 16th, check out the 17th and then back in after 3pm then check out again on the 19th and then back in again on the 19th after 3pm?

There is no studio available on the 16th, as of our call this morning. You would have to check into 1 BR on the 17th, and check out on the 19th and check-in to studio later in the day on the 19th. Let me know if that is of interest to you. You may be able to get in earlier and you may be able to have them move your luggage for you while you are out at the parks.
